STEP 2 - SHIP YOUR ITEMS

Send Us Your Items

Please choose the best sample items (no scratch or dent) and carefully packs up your products with your order number and special instructions, the direction of products, ideas, examples. Ship them to SA studio.

Drop Off Your Items

You are local and able to deliver to our location. You may drop off your items w/order number at Our studio. During Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm. We closed: Sat-Sun.

Shipping Carriers

We accept packages from any carrier, UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, LTL, and Container. Ship heavy stuff? No problem, we have a forklift and dock-high warehouse.

STEP 3 - PHOTO STUDIO

Receive Your Items

After receiving your products, we will inspect products to ensure no damage by shipment. And we will go over the details of your order and discuss any questions you may have before we start your project.

Get to Know Your Products

Product knowledge is an essential photo skill. Understanding your products' features allows us to present beautiful images their benefits accurately and persuasively. An appealing product photo increases sales and elevates your brand.

Studio Photography

We’ll start shooting your product photos by highly experienced product photographers in our state-of-the-art professional photography studio with a custom set for each product.

Post Production

We complete post-production services, including background removal, minor retouching, color correction, digital composition, crop, and lifestyle images for print and digital media for order specification.

STEP 4 - ONLINE DELIVERY

Review & Approve

Once your product photography shoot is complete, we will email you proofs to review the images. If you would like to make any changes or additional photos (additional fee may apply), let us know before the project is approved entirely.

Online Delivery

After full your project approval, we email you a download link for specifically formatted files, including photo editing to remove dust, scratches, and minor defects to make your product shine for online marketplace or webshop use.

Image Files Format

Standard photo images delivered high-resolution photo in JPEG format with custom pixels in size. 100% pure white background (RGB 255) with grounding shadow or reflection. Format available JPEG (.jpg), TIFF (.tif), PNG(.png) or GIF (.gif) file formats.

License Images

The photographs become licensed to you for use on a royalty-free basis. We allow the use of these photos in all formats of media. We retain the copyrights for delivered images, and the photographs may not be re-sold without permission.

STEP 5 - RETURN YOUR ITEMS

Return Your Products

We’ll carefully pack up and ship your products back to you when the project is complete. **Pre-paid return label or additional shipping fee is required.

Donate Your Products

If you do not want the items returned, we can donate your products to one of the many charities.

Pick Up Your Products

You are local and can pick up at our location after the project is complete. You may pick up your items w/order number at Our studio. During Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm. We closed: Sat-Sun.
